In my years teaching cooking classes, fish and seafood tips and recipes were some of the most requested. Understandably so, because if you didn't grow up eating seafood it can be intimidating! My goal with these recipes is not only to help you build confidence prepping and cooking fish and shellfish, but also to help you think creatively about how to build flavors to suit your personal taste.
